New Year in Brugges

We will spend New Year´s Eve in Brugges. What is there to do at this time of year? Are the Restaurants open on 31.12. ?

What about the cheap parking at the Central Railway Station? Is the parking open at that time?

Yes, the restaurants are open, though it is best to book in advance.

The station parking was open last year, so I imagine it will be this year.

Bruges is lovely over the holidays-most shops are open and beautifuly decorated. What fun!

we went last year and plan to go again this year.it really was magical at this time of the year.

the car park was busier than normal,but was open.it is definatly a good idea to book a restaurant as i found a fair few of them were shut.i booked a few weeks in advance but feel i should warn you that it was a big event and very time consuming.if you are planning on seeing in the new year in the square etc a quick bite may be a better idea!
