Midi to EU Area and bars around EU

Travelling from St.Pancras to Brussels Midi in August, what is the safest way to SAS EU? Also, are there any bars in this district that are likely to show the Englsh Premiership games live on a Saturday or Sunday?

and for the bars with foootball there are many.

try Fatboys in place luxemburg or hairy canary/james joyce in rue Archimede
