Brussels dining

I am going to be in Brussels for 12 days. I will be staying in Blvd Reyers, 1030 Brussels. I am looking for economical and healthy food in that area. Please advise.

There is virtually nothing on Blvd Reyers, and nearby Place Meiser is basically a big traffic junction with a few cafés and Italian restaurants e.g. pizza places, so I would suggest you take the 21 bus to Schuman where there are plenty of places of all types on and off rue Archimède. Or metro to Mérode (underground tram to Montgomery then change to metro line 1) where there%26#39;s a nice brasserie, Carpe Diem, on the corner of Ave. des Celtes/Ave de Tervueren, and on the other side, a Chinese place, a Lebanese place, etc. Rue des Tongres, on the other side of Mérode metro station, has several healthy and inexpensive lunchtime choices such as Exki and (on the little roundabout at the top of the street) Foodmaker, also a branch of Pain Quotidien.
