Whats the cheapest way to get from the airport to Blvd Reyers 1030 Brussels? Is there also an indoor public pool near Blvd Reyers?

The airport bus, 12 on a weekday, 21 at weekends, will take you to Diamant (pre-metro station, i.e. underground tram) which is on Bd. Reyers. Cost is €4 which would include onward travel by tram if you need to get to the Place Meiser end of Bd. Reyers.
The closest public pool is Le Triton, there is a no. 21 bus stop right outside it, see http://www.pterois.be/public/

During the week the 21 bus runs between NATO and Place du Luxembourg, you can catch it at Diamant: cost for a single ticket is €2 if you buy it on the bus, but you can buy cheaper tickets and multitrip tickets in the metro station (Diamant).
