i`ve book to stay at Britselei 37, Antwerp 2018 for a surprise 40th birthday treat for my wife. we`re going on 7th november for 3 nights. can anyone tell me what weather to expect? is there markets on a weekend ? as my wifes loves to shop lol.
is it a romantic place with culture? the only thing i`ve seen about it was a 5 minute thing on tele but it looked lovely. would anyone know how much a taxi would be for the airport , ANR i think it is

Yes, there is a market on Saturday and Sunday at Blauwtorenplein. It%26#39;s close to Britselei.
Antwerp is indeed a romantic place with culture. Museums, architecture, art, history. It%26#39;s all there.
Taxi: check out http://www.taxi2airport.be They charge 35 euro single or 65 euro return for private transport for 2 pax. You can also book a shared taxi which is cheaper.

Depends from what you want. Special beers (trappist, abbey beers, ...) are more expensive than pilsner. I%26#39;d say anywhere between 1.60 and 3.50 euro.
Food: same here. You can have a simple cone of fries with mayo for less than 2 euro. Let%26#39;s say that a good 3-course menu will cost between 30 and 50 euro (without drinks).

Yes, I%26#39;m afraid the weather is about the same as in the U.K. We also get our share of rain ... unfortunately.
