What to Wear

I%26#39;m coming to Brussels and Bruges in late September /early October and I have no idea as to what to wear. Any suggestions?

Wear what you would in Maine. I would imagine the climate is similar in the Autumn (although not quite so cold here over the winter). Several thin layers are preferable to thick sweaters and a raincoat is a must (but you could buy a folding umbrella when you get here if you don%26#39;t want to carry one).
