Things to do in belgium when travelling with an infant

Hi

Whats the best way to see the sites of Belgium in December with an infant (8 months)?

Are there any recommended day tours or perhaps self guided tours / excursions to Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp?

Whats the best way to go to say Amsterdam for a day? or even Paris? Seeing as its so close?
