Cheap Hotel in Bruxelles Elsen-Ixelles

my parents are going to bruxelles on 22th, 23th, 24th september.

they search a cheap hotel or b%26amp;b in ixelles area.

any suggestion?

Ixelles (Brussels 1050) is a large commune, extending from the university area to the inner ring (Porte de Namur, Trône etc.) and from Avenue Louise (expensive) to the Luxembourg business area! I already discovered that the Beau Site, which isn%26#39;t that cheap, and the Argus have no vacancies for these dates.

which is near(ish) Trône metro station.

i%26#39;m so curious. i can%26#39;t understand why every hotel is fully booked in those days.

is there a special holyday or event?

It%26#39;s a nightmare to find a hotel in Brussels next week because the European Parliament is meeting for a voting session. They moved the meeting to Brussels after the roof fell in on the Strasbourg Parliament building. Every MEP and lobbyist is in town.....

Try whitehotel, on avenue Louise. www.thewhitehotel.be/ or http://www.le-chatelain.net/ , both are very close to tram stops, easy walking distance to fun parts of town while still near tourist spots. Look on sites for deals, esp on weekends. Good luck!
