brussels sightseeing

My husband and I will be arriving @ the Brussels airport on a Mon. later this month @ 7:30am with a 6 hour wait til we catch the next plane.

Does anyone know of a tour guide that could take us on a 2-4 hour tour in or around the city, ideally one that would pick us up and drop us back off @ the airport?

Or, you could take the train from below the airport to Gare centrale (20 mins) and catch one of the hop-on, hop-off buses that wait outside that station. They return to Gare centrale at the end of the circuit, which would take +/- 1 1/2 hours if you chose not to get off anywhere. The blue ones have the tourist office logo and are supposedly better than the green/yellow ones (the red ones now belong to the blue company).

Thanks for your prompt and informative response. Do you know if the step on/step off bus you%26#39;re talking about in the city has narration and, if so, is it possible to get one in English or are they all in French?

direct way are an upmarket limousine transfer company that can do an excellent guided driving tour

the buses have narration through headphones in just about every language
