travelling around belgium

i am travelling from london to brussels on thurs by eurostar, i then need to get to hasselt can i get a train direct from brussels? also how do i get from hasselt to liege is there a train and what stations do i go to and from

Yes, you arrive at Bruxelles-Midi and can get a direct train from there to Hasselt at 08 and 30 minutes past each hour, takes about 1h20 (final destination is Genk).

From Hasselt to Liège there is also a direct train, at 44 minutes past each hour, takes 56 mins and it stops at Liège-Palais, Liège-Jonfosse and Liège-Guillemins (final destination and main station).

thanks for the train times and info, do you know the station for the city centre (liege) and also the last train time from liege to hasselt?

1) Main station means city centre, i.e. Liège Guillemins.

2) Liège-Hasselt trains leave at 20 past the hour, last one is 22:20.
