My girlfriend and I are planning on going to Bruges in the space between Christmas and New Year.
December 27th - December 30th.
Will many shops or restaurants be open during this time? Or, will they all be closed for the Christmas holiday.
Any help you can provide is very much appreciated!

I can only comment on last year when, although quieter than some other times of the year, there was still plenty to do in that time period with lots of restuarants and shops open.

You needn%26#39;t worry: everything will be open, even on the 26th of December. Boxing day is not a holiday in Belgium.
