Thalys to Marnee-la-Vallee-Disneyland Paris

Hi,

Many years ago whilst staying in Brussels we took a side trip to Disneyland Paris on the Thalys, the Thalys took us directly to Disneyland Paris - the Marnee-la-Vallee stop.

I wanted to book the same for our trip in Jan 09, but I can%26#39;t seem to find tickets to Marnee-la-Vallee, only to Paris Nord. Does the Thalys not go here anymore??

Many thanks

Don%26#39;t recall the Thalys ever going to Marnee-la-Vallee. Are you sure that you didn%26#39;t take the TGV which indeed does have a direct connection there.

The trains are very similar, i.e high speed. The connection to Marnee-la-Vallee is around 1hr31min.

Thalys did indeed used to serve Marne-la-Vallée, but was replaced a couple of years ago by TGV. Therefore instead of looking at the Thalys site, you will have to look at a normal railway website like http://www.b-rail.be/int/E/ (entering Bruxelles-Midi as departure and Marne-la-Vallée as destination). On weekdays there%26#39;s one at 10:21 and another at 11:10 - takes between 1 1/2 and just under 2 hours.

Thanks for the answers

The Thalys and RER might still be an option though if the TGV is too expensive. Thalys tend to have good prices to Paris especially if booked in advance. Will take a bit longer but might be worth it if it saves you a few euros
