Hi everyone! Am traveling to above cities in 2 weeks, and am confused by the weather, and what to pack. We are doing carry-ons only, so I must be prudent. Is it hot %26amp; muggy, ocld %26amp; muggy or what? Sweaters? Sweats? Tees %26amp; Tanks? Any advice out there? Thanks!!

In Brussels, Saturday was cold and wet in the morning and hot and muggy in the afternoon. I would advise thin long-sleeved tops that can be worn on top of each other when cold but singly with sleeves rolled up when hot, and a thinnish rain jacket: you can always buy a cheap folding umbrella when you get here.
