hi, was on the thayls site looking for tickets to do a day trip to cologne.I never use trains so not very up to date with types of tickets ect.I see there was a ticket (smoove)for two of us round trip 66euros.Would this be about right thanks again for help ally

I don%26#39;t see why not. There is a whole range of prices, depending on type of train (Thalys or InterCity), date of travel, how far in advance you are booking, exactly which train (departure) you are trying to book and how many tickets at specific prices they have already sold, because for some types there is a set number per train. The one type that doesn%26#39;t exist (except within Benelux) is a day return.
Buying today for tomorrow, for example, DB site gives one-way fares of %26quot;from €24%26quot;, €34.60 and €43.30 on ICE and %26quot;from €25%26quot; and €42 on Thalys. So €66 return seems reasonable for 1 person, let alone 2.
