I am traveling from Amsterdam to Berlin in early September. It%26#39;s a toss up between Plane or Train. I can only find tickts from Tranavia for flights. Where should I look for train tickets? Also how long is the trip?

Indeed not quite the right forum (although Brussels is a good point for departing to Berlin via Cologne, especially for the night train), but as it happens the best place to look for trains would be the same irrespective of the countries concerned (in Europe), namely http://bahn.hafas.de/bin/query.exe/en.
Trip takes between 6 1/2-7 hrs with 1 change (Amersfoort or Duisburg) and double that with up to 5 changes. The best departure is probably 08:04 arr. 15:08, which costs €124,60 but it costs less (€99.40) and is 1/2 hr faster leaving at 06:57, arr. 13:21.
