dunkerque to rotterdam (fuel, tobacco and spirits)

hi all i will be driving from dunkerque to rotterdam in november, i will be making the crossing with norfolk lines, what im looking for is where would be the best place to refuel in dunkerque and also on our way home i will be looking for somewhere in belgium to stock up on tobacco and beers and spirits ready for the festive period, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

As far as I recall - if you continue north towards Belgium, there are 2 petrol stations just across the border open 24 hours. The petrol prices are not much different to those in the UK, so you might just as well stock up in Dover to make sure. Otherwise the drive is about 30 minuts from the port.

Cigarettes are cheaper in Belgium than in France or Holland, the last count it was 4.30 euros for a packet of Marlborough.

There are no longer any cheaper outlets for fags and booze, so you might just as well stop at any large supermarket either in Antwerpen or Gent.
