HI all!
I hope this is not a silly question.
I live in Asia, and I have made an online booking for ICE tickets (from Brussel to Cologne) from www.bahn.de.
When I made the booking, I can%26#39;t choose the %26#39;online ticket%26#39; option, so instead I have to pay 3 Euros to send the ticket to my address.
Until now, the tickets have not arrived, and I could not get any answers.
Can I use the print out of the confirmation order and get the ticket at the station?
Thanks and your help will be much appreciated.

I%26#39;m sorry but you booked your ticket with German Railways (bahn.de) which few residents of Belgium who frequent this website are likely to do. However, if you didn%26#39;t choose the option to pick up the ticket at the station (which for Thalys at least is done at Bruxelles-Midi by inserting a code into a machine, together with the credit card you used to pay for it), I would have thought you would have to wait for your ticket to arrive.
As regards not getting any response from DB, it was a public holiday all over continental Europe on Friday so offices in Germany will have been closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday: if you e-mailed them, maybe you will get a response tomorrow. Their UK office (tel. +44 8718 80 80 66) is open Monday to Friday. German Railways%26#39; conditions do specifically say they don%26#39;t take responsibility for lost tickets, see http://www.bahn.co.uk/db_uk/

Thanks!
I%26#39;ll try to contact them again then.

it is because you are not resident in the eu that you cannot print your own ticket
